The same distortion that once cloaked itself in channeling, psionics, and tarot is now showing up in AI—proof that mimicry evolves, but consciousness does not.

There’s a strange new trend unfolding—people claiming that ChatGPT is helping them “connect to their guides,” “channel their higher self,” or even “talk to aliens.” To those without discernment, it feels spiritual. Insightful. Almost sacred.

But let’s get clear on what’s actually happening:

It’s mimicry.

Just like it’s always been.

And it’s showing up now through technology because mimicry adapts—but it doesn’t evolve in consciousness. It only evolves in appearance.

That’s the difference:

Mimicry evolves. Consciousness does not.

Mimicry updates itself to fit the moment. It copies new words, new forms, new technologies. It keeps changing so it can keep deceiving.

But real consciousness—the Oversoul field, the unified current of truth—doesn’t need to trend or adjust. It doesn’t “keep up.” It already is.
